These Terms and Conditions outline the policies for all digital products sold through All Sweet Treats. By completing a purchase, every customer acknowledges and agrees to all policies listed below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All digital product purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, store credits, or chargeback reversals will be granted.
This policy applies to all ebooks, guides, bundles, digital downloads, and educational materials available through All Sweet Treats.
This statement appears on product titles, product descriptions, file names, and within the ebooks to ensure full visibility prior to purchase.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered exclusively through Dropbox for file quality and storage capacity. No alternate delivery methods will be offered.
Customers do not need the Dropbox app to download files. When prompted to subscribe or upgrade, select “No Thanks” and download directly through the browser.
Dropbox does not charge customers to access or download digital files.
3. File Access Responsibility
Once the file has been delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to download, save, and store the ebook.
Failure to save a file, accidental deletion, lost devices, or failure to download does not qualify for refunds or replacements outside the grace period. Customers are encouraged to save files in multiple secure locations.
4. 90-Day Grace Period
Customers have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a resending of their digital file in the event of download issues.
After 90 days, files will not be resent and a new purchase is required.
This grace period is extended intentionally to support customers with varying levels of technical ability.
5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Digital product purchases are protected with documented proof of delivery, download access, product description visibility, and clear final-sale notices.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with:
• Order records
• IP logs
• Email confirmations
• Delivery timestamps
• Terms acknowledgment
• Visible policy placement
Submitting a false chargeback does not remove financial responsibility. Fraudulent activity may result in blocked future purchases.
6. Name & Order Information Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate first and last name at checkout.
Incorrect names, aliases, initials, business names, or placeholder entries make verification impossible.
For support, customers must provide:
• First and last name used at checkout
• Order number
• Email used to purchase
Support requests lacking this information cannot be processed.
7. Email Accuracy
Digital files are delivered to the exact email address entered at checkout.
If the incorrect email is provided, the order cannot be located or resent after the 90-day grace period.
Customers must double-check email accuracy before submitting payment.
8. Product Usage & Expectations
All Sweet Treats ebooks are detailed, educational, and technique-based. Results may vary depending on:
• Oven calibration
• Ingredient brands
• Measuring accuracy
• Technique execution
• Experience level
An unsuccessful baking attempt does not indicate a flaw in the recipe. Baking requires practice, and results improve with repetition.
Multiple troubleshooting questions or step-by-step guidance constitute a paid class, not ebook support. Customers seeking in-depth instruction may submit an inquiry for a one-on-one session.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All Sweet Treats recipes, images, guides, files, and written content are protected intellectual property.
Reproducing, reselling, redistributing, screenshotting, or sharing files is strictly prohibited.
Legal action may be taken against unauthorized distribution or digital theft.
10. Business Hours
All Sweet Treats processing hours are:
Tuesday–Saturday
Messages or emails sent on Sundays or Mondays will receive responses on the next business day.
11. Clean Communication Policy
Support inquiries must remain respectful and professional.
Harassment, threats, profanity, or manipulative behavior will result in blocked communication and denial of future purchases.
12. Agreement to Terms
By completing any purchase, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all policies stated herein. These policies apply to every digital product offered by All Sweet Treats without exception.
