All Sweet Treats Terms & Conditions

Effective immediately for all digital products, courses, and downloads.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING:

All digital products come with a 90-day grace period.

This means:

– You have 90 days to download your files

– You have 90 days to report any access issues or concerns

After that 90-day window, nothing will be re-sent or reissued. This policy is firm and stated clearly at purchase. By completing your order, you are agreeing to these terms.

I do not send files through DM or respond to purchase issues via social media inboxes. If you message me through DM, you will still be referred back to email.

This helps me track orders properly and ensure any link resets or file issues are handled through the correct channel.

Please be sure to download your file immediately and store it safely in your Google Drive, iCloud, or on your device. A 90-day grace period is more than enough time to secure your purchase.

1. Digital Products & eBooks

By purchasing any digital product, eBook, or virtual class from All Sweet Treats, you agree to the following:

• All digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.
• All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be granted.
• Each product description includes a link to these Terms & Conditions. Whether or not you choose to read them, your purchase confirms that you agree to all terms.

2. What You’re Allowed To Do

Once you purchase an eBook or digital product, it is yours to use in your business:

• You are welcome to bake, sell, and profit from any recipe included.
• These resources are designed to help you grow your skills and elevate your business.

3. What Is Prohibited

The following actions are strictly prohibited and subject to legal action:

• You may not resell, republish, or redistribute any part of my recipes or classes as if they are your own.
• You may not upload, copy, or share these materials in any public or private forum (Facebook groups, Google Drive shares, etc.).
• You may not sell modified versions of my recipes under your name.

All content is protected under copyright. Recipes, classes, and course materials belong to All Sweet Treats and are not to be redistributed or resold.

4. File Delivery & Access

• Upon purchase, you’ll receive a clickable PDF file with access to your eBook or course via Google Drive.
• You may save this to your device or email for permanent access.
• If you ever lose access, email info@dashawnaland.com and I will resend your personal download link.

You do not need to repurchase your product. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response, especially on weekends.

5. Response Times & Contact Info

For all digital product support:

• Business Hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CST)
• Email: info@dashawnaland.com
• Messages sent outside of business hours will be answered the next business day.

6. Courses & One-on-One Classes

• All classes are virtual and pre-recorded to accommodate my schedule and workflow as a solo baker.
• At this time, I do not offer in-person classes.
• Pre-recorded classes may be accessed at any time once delivered via PDF and Google Drive.

Topics covered include:

• Baking: cakes, cookies, brownies, and cupcakes
• Decorating techniques
• Digital product creation
• Marketing your business

If a one-on-one class is booked, it must be focused within these topics. Anything outside of this scope may not be accepted.

7. Chargebacks & Legal Protection

All Sweet Treats is fully transparent about delivery, pricing, and policies. Product descriptions clearly list contents and terms.

• Filing a chargeback without attempting contact will be considered a breach of this agreement.
• A copy of this Terms & Conditions policy, along with purchase records, will be provided to dispute false claims.

By purchasing, you agree to these terms — whether or not you choose to read them.
